采用廉价易得的(Z)-13-二十二烯酸(芥酸)为起始原料,经酰基化、Dieckmann开环、催化氢化、黄鸣龙改良的Wolff-Kishner还原反应,最后经氢化铝锂还原得到GC纯度大于99.9%的1-二十八烷醇。反应共经历6步线性反应,总收率为65.4%。在公斤级中试生产中,二十八烷醇的总收率达到65%以上,产品GC纯度大于99%。
A cheap and readily available (Z) -13-docosanoic acid (erucic acid) is used as a starting material, followed by Wolff-Kishner reduction with acylation, Dieckmann ring-opening, catalytic hydrogenation, Reduction gave 1-octacosanol with GC purity greater than 99.9%. The reaction underwent 6 linear reactions in total yield of 65.4%. In the kilogram pilot production, the total yield of octacosanol reached more than 65%, product GC purity greater than 99%.
