北京朝阳地区作为中国的国际商务区，该地区的居民用电有着自身的特点，为了更进一步地掌握其用电特性与规律，保障居民用电的可靠性，朝阳区供电局根据国家电力公司的要求，采用了抽样调查与典型调查方法，在城市居民中发放调查问卷，并将调查问卷所得到的数据，采用 SPSS软件
