目的 讨论应用PDCA循环对手术室实习护士实施心理干预的作用.方法 将2019年2月~2020年12月前来本院实习的28例手术室实习护理人员随机分为对照组(常规带教方式)与研究组(以PDCA循环为框架进行手术室护理带教基础上采取心理干预措施)各14例,观察指标:出科时心理状态、出科成绩、实习满意度、出科综合护理能力.结果 研究组出科时的各项心理状态指标评分数均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组出科时的各项成绩分数及实习满意度均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组出科时的各项综合护理能力指标评分数均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 以PDCA循环为框架进行手术室护理带教教学基础上采取心理干预措施可明显改善实习生心理素质,能够有效提高带教成绩及实习满意度,增强综合护理能力,值得推广.“,”Objective To discuss the effect of the application of PDCA cycle on the psychological intervention of trainee nurses in the operating room. Methods 28 nurses in the operating room who came to our hospital for internship from February 2019 to December 2020 were randomly divided into a control group (conventional teaching method) and a study group (psychological intervention measures based on the PDCA cycle as the framework for nursing instruction in the operating room) 14 persons each, observation indicators: mental state at the time of leaving the department, performance of the department, satisfaction with the practice, and comprehensive nursing ability after leaving the department. Results The scores of various mental state indicators in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The scores and satisfaction of practice in the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The scores of the comprehensive nursing ability indicators in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Taking the PDCA cycle as the framework for nursing teaching and teaching in operating room and adopting psychological intervention measures can significantly improve the psychological quality of interns, can effectively improve the teaching performance and internship satisfaction, and enhance the comprehensive nursing ability, which is worthy of promotion.
