Organizational decision-making is the top priority of the executive leadership. Organizational decision-making is not only significant to the construction and development of an organization, it also has its unique position in the study of management science. This paper only makes a preliminary discussion on the meaning, content, classification, characteristics and status of organizational decision-making in order to deepen the research on such decision-making.
