某钢结构工程结构不规则,部分节点的构造与受力相当复杂,需要通过模型试验来研究节点在最不利工况下的受力性能。选取了该工程中两个关键节点,经过合理的简化,设计了模型节点试验。通过单调静力加载试验,研究了节点的试验现象、破坏模式、测点应变等,指出了节点相对薄弱的地方,验证了节点在设计荷载下的安全性。通过两个复杂节点的研究过程,给出了复杂节点进行模型试验研究的一般思路,可以用于指导实际结构工程的设计。
The structure of a steel structure is irregular, and the construction and stress of some nodes are rather complex. It is necessary to study the stress behavior of the node under the most unfavorable conditions through model tests. Two key nodes in the project are chosen, and the model node experiment is designed through a reasonable simplification. Through the monotonic static loading test, the test phenomenon, failure mode, strain at the measuring point of the node are studied. The node is relatively weak and the safety of the node under the designed load is verified. Through the research process of two complex nodes, the general idea of model nodes in complex nodes is given, which can be used to guide the design of actual structural engineering.
