目的采用自体移植法建立子宫内膜异位大鼠模型,比较选取不同的手术时机及内膜自体移植在不同部位的建模效果,以期寻求便捷、有效的手术建模方法。方法将SD大鼠随机分为动情期手术组与间情期手术组,分别在动情期与间情期将大鼠自体子宫内膜移植在腹壁、肠系膜袢部、肠系膜根部3个部位,以典型度为主要模型评价指标,建立有序多分类Logistic回归模型对数据进行统计分析。结果动情期造模与非动情期造模的模型效果无显著差异(P>0.05),不同移植部位的模型效果有差异(P<0.05),成模效果优度分别为肠系膜袢部>腹壁>肠系膜根部。结论手术时机对自体移植建立EMT大鼠模型的建模效果无影响;移植部位的血供情况可能对建模效果有影响。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a rat endometriosis model by autograft and to compare the different timing of operation and modeling of endometrial autograft in different parts in order to find a convenient and effective surgical modeling method. Methods SD rats were randomly divided into estrus surgery group and estrus surgery group. The autologous endometrium was transplanted into the abdominal wall, mesentery and mesentery, Degree as the main model evaluation index, establish an orderly multi-class Logistic regression model for statistical analysis of the data. Results There was no significant difference in the model effect between estrus model and non-estrus model (P> 0.05). The model effects of different models were different (P <0.05) Mesenteric root. Conclusion The timing of surgery has no effect on the modeling of autotransplantation to establish EMT rat model. The blood supply of the transplantation site may have an impact on the modeling effect.
