随着计算机技术的不断发展与完善,我国信息技术时代全面到来。在信息化时代的影响下,企业的整体人力资源信息化水平也在不断的提升。在信息技术较为普遍使用的应用参照下,企业要学会合理的利用较为先进的绩效理念,在结合了先进绩效理念的前提下不断的对绩效管理信息系统进行统筹设计。文章结合了绩效管理信息技术的现状,对信息系统在未来的设计与发展前景进行了综合性的讨论与分析,在讨论过程中,发现了绩效管理信息系统的设计初衷,并结合实际探索总结了绩效管理信息系统的实质性应用,在研究讨论过程中,为我国绩效管理信息系统的以后前景进行了合理的展望。
