以人脐静脉内皮细胞“缺氧—复氧”并“缺糖—高糖”和高脂攻击以模拟脑缺血再灌注造成内皮细胞损伤,观察含复圣散的血清对此损伤的作用。结果表明,“缺氧、缺糖”后“复氧、高糖”和高脂攻击对内皮细胞均可造成明显损伤,导致细胞内MDA含量明显增加、SOD活性明显下降。而含复圣散血清可以显著改善上述损伤。
Human endothelial cells were subjected to hypoxia-reoxygenation, hypoglycemia-hyperglycemia, and high-fat challenge to simulate endothelial cell injury induced by cerebral ischemia-reperfusion. The effects of serum containing Fusheng San on this injury were observed. The results showed that “reoxygenation, high glucose” and high-fat attack after the “hypoxia and glucose deprivation” could cause significant damage to endothelial cells, resulting in a significant increase in intracellular MDA content and a significant decrease in SOD activity. The inclusion of Fusheng San serum can significantly improve the above damage.
