用凝胶色谱法对比研究了α-巯基-β-(2-呋喃)丙烯酸(MFA)对镍、锌与人血清清蛋白(HSA)结合的影响。结果发现锌、镍与HSA的结合在MFA存在下显著增强,并表明不能单纯用小分子配体竞争机理解释镍中毒期间MFA促排解毒的本质。
The effect of α-mercapto-β- (2-furan) acrylic acid (MFA) on the binding of nickel and zinc to human serum albumin (HSA) was studied by gel chromatography. It was found that the binding of zinc, nickel and HSA was significantly enhanced in the presence of MFA, indicating that the nature of MFA-induced detoxification during nickel poisoning could not be explained solely by the mechanism of competition for small molecule ligands.
