目的了解足月危重新生儿体内凝血功能的改变。方法对１８例足月危重新生儿，２０例足月非危重新生儿及２０例正常新生儿作前瞻性研究，在病程极期及恢复期分别测定外周血血管性假血友病因子（ＶＷＦ），Ｄ－二聚体（Ｄ－Ｄ），血小板α颗粒膜蛋白（ＧＭＰ－１４０）和可溶性纤维蛋白单体复合物（ＳＦＭＣ）含量的变化。结果疾病组患儿在病程的极期血浆ＶＷＦ，Ｄ－Ｄ，ＧＭＰ－１４０的血浓度及ＳＦＭＣ的阳性率均明显高于正常对照组，而危重组又明显高于非危重组；疾病患儿在恢复期以上四项指标均有明显下降，但危重组仍未达到正常对照组水平。结论患病新生儿体内存在不同程度出凝血功能的变化，危重新生儿尤为明显。 Objective To understand the changes of coagulation function in critically ill newborns at term. Methods 18 cases of full-term critically ill newborns, 20 full-term non-critically ill newborns and 20 normal newborns were prospectively studied. VWF was measured during the period and convalescent stage of the disease. , D-dimer (D-D), platelet α-granule membrane protein (GMP-140) and soluble fibrin monomer complex (SFMC) Results The serum levels of VWF, D-D, GMP-140 and the positive rate of SFMC in the disease group were significantly higher than those in the normal control group, while those in the critically ill group were significantly higher than those in the non-critically ill group During the recovery period, the above four indexes all decreased obviously, but the critically ill group did not reach the level of normal control group. Conclusion There are varying degrees of coagulation in the newborn infants, particularly in critically ill newborns.
