在面对激烈的市场竞争时,合作策略凸显其在解决问题时独特的作用。而在合作关系的建立和维持时,策略性信息成为合作双方选择的应对问题的主要方式。策略性信息的传递对提供者和决策者有着深远的影响,且不同类别的策略性信息影响程度也不同。针对现阶段该研究领域的空白,本文从理论层面对不同类别的策略性信息对决策者和提供者的利弊进行分析,期望能够为二者提供有利的信息。
In the face of fierce market competition, cooperation strategy highlights its unique role in problem solving. In the establishment and maintenance of cooperative relations, strategic information has become the main choice of the two sides to cope with the problem. The delivery of strategic information has far-reaching implications for providers and decision makers, and the impact of different types of strategic information is different. In view of the blank of this research field at present, this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of different types of strategic information to decision-makers and providers theoretically, and hopes to provide favorable information for both.
