近些年来,我国糖尿病的发病几率开始逐渐升高,并且有年轻化的趋势,这严重影响了人们的生存质量。到目前为止,糖尿病的具体发病机制尚不明确,导致临床上暂时还缺少有效的治疗手段。近些年来,不断有研究指出,病人体内凋亡蛋白bax/bcl-2的变化与糖尿病的发病机制有非常密切的关系,由其引发的细胞凋亡是引起糖尿病产生并不断发展的重要原因之一。本文通过查阅以往有关文献资料,从糖尿病概念、大鼠模型建立、细胞凋亡以及bax/bcl-2表达等几个方面对糖尿病的产生原因作出总结与综述,发现bax/bcl-2在集体内的表达水平与糖尿病的发生有非常密切的联系。
