内冷物内冷物不同于一般冷物之处在于内冷物是被熔化的金属所包围,并成为铸件的一部份。内冷物有助于从铸件结晶过程中吸热,防止缩孔形成,使孔隙度降低,晶粒减小。因而使铸件产量和密度提高,并使机械性能得到改善。铸件中内冷物的作用与外冷物的作用根本不同。内冷物可为Ⅰ金属丝、金属捧、金属网等。Ⅱ金属粉末(称为微冷体)。图1、2、3、4均表明上述内冷物的应用,图5表明一般的外冷物。以上均为砂模铸造。
Coolants Coolants Unlike general coolants, the coolants are surrounded by molten metal and become part of the castings. Coolants help to absorb heat from the casting during crystallization, prevent crater formation, reduce porosity, and reduce grain size. Thus increasing casting yield and density and improving mechanical properties. The role of chilled castings and external objects is fundamentally different. Coolant can be Ⅰ wire, metal holding, metal mesh. Ⅱ metal powder (called micro-cold body). Figures 1, 2, 3 and 4 show the application of the above-mentioned internal cooling material, and Figure 5 shows the general external cooling material. The above are sand casting.
