目前加强双语学习越来越受到重视,本文正是从这一角度出发,阐释语言的概念、种类,简介党和政府的民族语言政策,提出了互相学习语言是民族和谐的前提之一的观点。 At present, it is from this point of view that the concept and type of language are explained, and the national and linguistic policies of the party and government are introduced.
