本文以大白鼠血清培养小鼠全胚胎方法,探讨了氧化锗对氯化镉引起的胚胎生长发育的影响。结果表明加入1.33×l0-6mol/L,2.67×l0-6mol/L及5.34×l0-6mol/L氯化镉,显著地增加小鼠全胚胎的生长发育障碍和胚胎畸形,且呈剂量-反应关系;氧化锗明显地拮抗镉对小鼠全胚胎生长发育障碍和胚胎畸形。卵黄囊脏层的电镜所见也说明,氧化锗拮抗氯化镉对细胞的毒作用。
In this paper, mouse whole mouse serum culture method to explore the impact of germanium oxide cadmium chloride-induced embryonic growth and development. The results showed that adding 1.33 × 10-6mol / L, 2.67 × 10-6mol / L and 5.34 × 10-6mol / L cadmium chloride significantly increased the growth retardation and embryo malformation , And showed a dose-response relationship; germanium oxide significantly antagonized the development of mouse embryo whole embryonic growth disorders and embryonic malformations. Electron microscopy of yolk sac insoles also shows that germanium oxide antagonizes the toxic effects of cadmium chloride on cells.
