In March 1996, Zimbabwe held the fourth presidential election since 1980 when the founding leader Robert Mugabe took the third re-election with the absolute superiority. This is the recognition of Zimbabwe’s achievements by his people. In 16 years since he came to power, Mozambique has enjoyed political stability and sustained economic development in the country. It is a “rare and peaceful land” in Africa, hailed by the West as turmoil. Because of his many years of governing the country, especially the development of agriculture, international organizations have awarded him the “Outstanding African Leaders Award.” From a dedicated teacher to the founding head Mugabe, now 72, was born in the Shona community as a Catholic carpenter family. Early in the church school, studious, determined to grow up as a teacher. After graduating from his hometown normal school in 1941, he began teaching career both at home and abroad for nearly 20 years. During his two-year study at Ford Hull University, South Africa called “the cradle of black nationalists,” she received a bachelor’s degree in literature. It can be said that Ford Hull University is
