为克服当前港口安全评价的主观随意性,提出基于熵权-TOPSIS的港口安全评价模型.首先,在分析港口安全管理系统的基础上,提出人-机-货-环-管五大核心评价指标;然后,借助熵权-TOPSIS的方法构建港口安全综合评价模型;通过采集国内具有代表性的10家港口企业数据,对港口安全评估进行实证研究.结果表明:熵权-TOPSIS结合的综合评价模型可有效改善评价结果的客观性和可靠度,帮助港口企业及时发现安全问题,明确改进方向,降低事故产生率.
In order to overcome the subjective randomness of current port safety assessment, a port safety evaluation model based on Entropy-TOPSIS is proposed.Firstly, based on the analysis of port safety management system, five core evaluation indexes of human-machine-cargo-ring- Then, with the aid of Entropy-TOPSIS method, this paper constructs a comprehensive assessment model of port security and conducts an empirical study on port security assessment by collecting data from 10 representative domestic port enterprises.The results show that the comprehensive evaluation model of entropy-TOPSIS Effectively improve the objectivity and reliability of the evaluation results to help port enterprises to identify safety problems in a timely manner, clearly improve the direction and reduce the accident rate.
