散步是许多老年人日常的健身方式。笔者提醒喜欢散步的老年人,散步虽看似普通,却有不少讲究。第一,随意走走停停地溜达,不能算散步。运动量过小,达不到有氧代谢,就起不到运动的效果。健康的老年人,可按“3、5、7”原则散步,就是每天走3000米,30分钟内完成。若体质较好的老年人,可逐渐增至每天6000米,60分钟完成,
