主要研究了生物酶的特性,并对生物酶应用于提高竹溶解浆α-纤维素含量进行了工艺优化。通过耐热性及耐酸碱性来确定碱性木聚糖酶的最适宜处理环境,与此同时,探讨了碱性木聚糖酶处理工艺参数对漂白硫酸盐竹浆α-纤维素含量和黏度的影响。结果表明:影响碱性木聚糖酶的两个特性参数,组成的最佳处理环境为pH值9.0、温度55℃;碱性木聚糖酶处理最佳工艺为:酶用量127.2 IU·g~(-1),时间40 min,浆浓4%;α-纤维素含量由原来的84.13%提高到88.31%,α-纤维素含量得到了提高,生物酶可应用于溶解浆的制备。
