在过去的一年中,随着P2P等网络音视频传输技术的成熟以及Web2.0概念的提出和实践,互联网上的音视频传播在网络带宽和内容来源两个关键环节取得了较大进展,从而使得整个产业呈现高速发展的势头。2006年,全球最大的视频分享网站YouTube在美国取得空前成功,带动基于用户聚集内容(UGC)的音视频网站在世界范围内广泛兴起,目前国内已出现上百家仿YouTube模式的网站。与此同时,在经历数年的探索后,网络音视频以广告为主导、兼以按次付费点播和包月计费订阅的赢利模式初步呈现,网上音视频内容的收看和下载开始逐步得到规范。然而,更大的机遇通常也意味着更多的挑战,随着网络音视频产业化步伐的不断加快,产业政策、盈利模式、资源管理、产品应用、内容监管、技术创新等许多以往尚不尖锐的问题开始成为当前业界关注的焦点。广告是否已成为网络音视频产业最具前景的盈利手段?P2P技术与模式的发展将走向何方?网络媒体应当采取何种创新管理方式以应对媒体融合的大趋势?广电如何运用自身优势抓住视听新媒体的发展机遇?网络内容和渠道的多元化对监管的技术和手段提出了哪些新的要求?由国家广电总局科技委员会战略专业委员会主办的“第七届全国互联网与音视频广播发展研讨会”(NWC2007),日前在西安召开,会议重点就互联网音视频的发展现状及趋势、应用模式和管理政策等热门话题进行了研讨。本刊遴选部分内容和读者们一起来研读要义、分享思辩。关注新媒体就是关注未来,拥有新媒体就是拥有未来。

Advertising has become the most promising profitable means of network audio and video industry? P2P technology and mode of development will go? What kind of network media should adopt innovative management methods to cope with the trend of media convergence? By the State Administration of Radio Science and Technology Committee of Strategic Professional Committee sponsored the "seventh session of the National Internet and audio-video broadcasting development seminar (NWC2007), recently held in Xi’an, the conference focused on the Internet audio and video development status and trends, application models and management policies and other hot topics were discussed.
