以大型水压机高压大流量水路分配器的水阀开启故障为研究对象,首先通过对高压大流量分配水阀开启机构及水阀开启故障机理进行分析,系统的研究了水阀开启故障问题,分析了操作系统压力、水阀内泄漏量以及开启凸轮机构的参数对水阀开启故障的影响。建立其机理动态数学模型,采用多学科复合建模方法建立了大型水压机集机电液于一体的水路分配系统的AMEsim模型,通过数值仿真对高压大流量水阀开启故障进行分析研究。仿真结果表明,水阀开启驱动负载过大和开启执行机构能力过小是水阀开启故障的主要因素。揭示了在故障条件下,水阀将无法开启或者出现开启滞后,结果与实际经验吻合,证明了本研究的有效性。
Based on the analysis of the open valve failure mechanism of high pressure and large flow distribution water valve, the problem of valve opening failure was analyzed systematically. Operating system pressure, the amount of water valve leakage and open the cam mechanism parameters on the valve open failure. A dynamic mathematical model of its mechanism was established. The AMEsim model of water distribution system integrating mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems was established by multidisciplinary composite modeling method. The numerical simulation was used to analyze the open failure of high pressure and high flow water valves. Simulation results show that the water valve opening drive load is too large and the actuator is too small to open the main factor is the open valve failure. It is revealed that under fault conditions, the water valve can not be opened or the opening lag appears. The result is in agreement with the actual experience, which proves the validity of this study.
