该文采用旧报纸脱墨浆进行碱性H_2O_2漂白,研究了漂白过程中不同因素对阴离子杂质溶出的影响。结果表明,NaOH用量和Na_2SiO_3用量的增加以及温度的升高都会导致较多阴离子杂质的溶出,表现为阳电荷需要量和固含量的增加。而H_2O_2用量对阴离子杂质的影响要小于NaOH,只有在高NaOH用量下,增加H_2O_2用量才能导致较多的阴离子杂质溶出。延长漂白时间,也导致较多阴离子杂质溶出。
In this paper, Alkaline H 2 O 2 bleaching was carried out using the old newspaper deinked pulp, and the effect of different factors on the leaching of anionic impurities was studied. The results showed that the increase of NaOH dosage and Na 2 SiO 3 dosage and the increase of temperature lead to the dissolution of more anionic impurities, which is shown as the increase of the cationic charge requirement and the solid content. However, the effect of H 2 O 2 dosage on anionic impurities was less than that of NaOH. Only when the dosage of H 2 O was higher, the dosage of H 2 O 2 could lead to the dissolution of more anionic impurities. Prolong the bleaching time, but also lead to more dissolution of anionic impurities.
