通过铜模吸铸法制备亚快速凝固Cu-15Al-2Fe合金棒材。采用光学显微镜、X射线衍射、维氏硬度计等,研究了固溶处理对Cu-15Al-2Fe合金组织和性能的影响。结果表明,亚快速凝固合金组织致密,主要由(α+γ2)共析体+先共析相γ2组成。随固溶保温时间的延长,合金的组织形貌发生显著变化,合金中α相减少,γ2相增加,引起合金的硬度先减小后增大。
Sub-rapid solidification Cu-15Al-2Fe alloy rod was prepared by copper die suction casting. The effects of solution treatment on microstructure and properties of Cu-15Al-2Fe alloy were investigated by optical microscope, X-ray diffraction and Vickers hardness tester. The results show that the microstructure of sub-rapid solidification alloy is dense and mainly composed of (α + γ2) eutectoid + pro-eutectoid γ2. With the prolongation of solid solution holding time, the microstructure of the alloy changed significantly. The α phase in the alloy decreased and the γ2 phase increased, then the hardness of the alloy first decreased and then increased.
