美国法学院中颇负盛名且占据主导地位的判例教学法事实上一直都受到教育专家的批评和质疑。在实际教学中,教授通常会综合运用多种教学方式来实现其多层次的课堂教学目标。其多元化的教学方法、以实用性为导向的教学目标以及强调主动参与的教学模式对于提升我国的法律教学具有一定的借鉴意义。
The prestigious and dominant jurisprudence in American law schools has in fact been criticized and questioned by educational experts. In practical teaching, professors usually use a variety of teaching methods to achieve their multi-level classroom teaching objectives. Its diversified teaching methods, teaching objectives guided by practicality, and teaching modes emphasizing active participation have certain reference significance for enhancing legal education in our country.
