设计制作一种以三菱FX2N-48可编程控制器作为控制核心,以维纶触摸屏作为界面控制的全天候太阳光自动跟踪装置。介绍了太阳光自动跟踪装置的总体设计方案、结构特点、工作过程及节能应用前景,建立了太阳光坐标模型,设计了系统的机械传动机构;阐述了控制系统的有关检测控制方式,给出了系统硬件的光电检测电路、PLC控制电路、键盘与显示电路设计方法;软件部分采用模块化设计,给出了数据处理及控制流程设计思路。样机实验结果表明,系统采用独特设计的太阳光跟踪定位装置、跟踪控制器及传动执行机构,在有阳光的天气时,全天候使太阳能电池板垂直于太阳,大大提高了太阳能电池板的发电量。
Design and produce a kind of Mitsubishi FX2N-48 programmable logic controller as the control center, with vinylon touch screen as the interface control of all-weather solar automatic tracking device. The overall design scheme, structural characteristics, work process and application prospects of energy saving automatic solar tracking device are introduced. The solar coordinate model is established and the mechanical transmission mechanism of the system is designed. The detection and control methods of the control system are described. System hardware photoelectric detection circuit, PLC control circuit, keyboard and display circuit design method; software part of the modular design, given the data processing and control flow design ideas. The prototype experimental results show that the system uses a unique design of the sun tracking device, tracking controller and transmission actuator, in sunny weather, the weather around the solar panels perpendicular to the sun, greatly increasing the solar panel power generation.
