This paper presents a series of basic assumptions about the interaction between communication and power under the technical background that reflects the social characteristics of the Internet. Based on the selected literature and a large number of case studies and examples, this paper considers that the media has become a society that determines power space. This article presents a direct link between politics, media politics, scandal politics and crisis of political legitimacy from a global perspective. It also suggests that the development of interactive horizontal communication networks has led to new modes of transmission - that is, mass self-communication - on the Internet and wireless Rising network. Under these circumstances, rebel political and social movements can become more decisive in their involvement in new communication spaces. However, as corporate media and mainstream politics have invested in this new space of communication, the result of this process is that the mass media and horizontal communication networks are converging and the net result of this evolution is that the public domain shifts from institutional to new The historic transformation of communication space.
