目的探讨纳米增效剂对连续波HIFU(CHIFU)与脉冲波HIFU(PHIFU)消融肿瘤的增效作用。方法 41只荷瘤兔随机取1只观察建模情况。其余40只随机分为A、B、C、D 4组,分别为单纯CHIFU组、CHIFU联合增效剂组、单纯PHIFU组、PHIFU联合增效剂组(PHIFU组占空比均为50%),每组10只,超声监控下对兔肝肿瘤进行HIFU辐照。结果能效因子:CHIFU联合增效剂组小于单纯CHIFU组,PHIFU联合增效剂组小于单纯PHIFU组,PHIFU联合增效剂组小于CHIFU联合增效剂组(P<0.05)。皮肤损伤:PHIFU联合增效剂组小于其余各组。转归:各组均可有效控制肿瘤转移。结论 PHIFU联合纳米增效剂比CHIFU联合纳米增效剂治疗肿瘤效率、安全性更高,转归时间缩短。
Objective To investigate the synergistic effects of nanoparticulate synergist on tumor ablation of continuous wave HIFU (CHIFU) and pulsed wave HIFU (PHIFU). Methods 41 rabbits were randomized to observe the modeling. The remaining 40 patients were randomly divided into A, B, C and D 4 groups, which were CHIFU group alone, CHIFU plus synergist group, PHIFU alone group and PHIFU plus synergist group (50% duty cycle in PHIFU group) , 10 in each group. HIFU irradiation was performed on rabbit liver tumors under ultrasound monitoring. Results The efficacy factor: CHIFU combined synergist group was smaller than CHIFU alone group, PHIFU combined synergist group was smaller than simple PHIFU group, PHIFU combined synergist group was less than CHIFU combined synergist group (P <0.05). Skin damage: PHIFU plus synergist group was less than the rest of the groups. Outcomes: All groups were able to effectively control tumor metastasis. Conclusion PHIFU combined with nano-synergist than CHIFU combined with nano-synergist treatment of tumor efficiency, higher safety, shorter prognosis.
