研究了美味猕猴桃“海沃德”受精、胚和胚乳的发育。结果表明,授粉后2~3h,大量花粉在柱头上萌发,授扮后2d花粉管进入胚囊,破坏一个助细胞,精核与次生核融合成初生胚乳核,另1精核与卵核结合成合子。授粉后3d,初生胚乳核开始分裂,授粉后5~7d,合子分裂形成2细胞原胚。花后20d、29d和40d分别观察到球形胚、鱼雷胚和子叶的发育。花后40~50d,胚已基本发育完全。
The fertilization, embryo and endosperm development of the delicious Kiwi “Hayward” was studied. The results showed that a large number of pollen germinated on the stigma 2 ~ 3 h after pollination, and the pollen tube entered the embryo sac two days after pollination, destroying one helper cell. The nuclei fused with the secondary nucleus into primary endosperm nuclei. Combined into a zygote. Three days after pollination, the primary endosperm nucleus began to divide, and 5 to 7 days after pollination, zygotes split to form 2-cell embryos. The development of globular embryos, torpedo embryos and cotyledons were observed on the 20d, 29d and 40d after anthesis. After 40 ~ 50 d after anthesis, the embryo has basically developed completely.
