和谐企业是和谐社会的重要基础,建设和谐企业,是广大职工群众的根本利益所在,也为工会组织在新时期全面履行职责拓展了新的内容,提出了更高的要求。在深化改革的进程中,企业的不和谐因素大多来自困难职工群体,因此,如何做好扶贫帮困工作,化解不和谐因素,是摆在企业工会组织面前的重要课题。
Harmonious enterprises are an important foundation for a harmonious society. Building a harmonious enterprise is the fundamental interest of the masses of workers and staff members. It also expands the new content and puts forward higher requirements for the union organizations to fully perform their duties during the new period. In the process of deepening the reform, most of the enterprises’ disharmonies come from the hard worker groups. Therefore, how to do the work of helping the poor and helping the poor and how to dissolve the disharmony is an important issue facing the trade unions in the enterprises.
