海岛棉半配生殖品系 v Sg( virescentlymarked semigamy line)能够高频率产生单倍体。利用 v Sg作母本可以有效地诱导产生单倍体。而在 v Sg与目标组合的杂交后代群体植株的发育早期快速、准确地鉴定出单倍体植株个体还存在一定的困难。本文提出了一种利用叶表皮单位面积中的气孔数目和分子标记相结合的早期、快速鉴定 v Sg诱导出的单倍体的方法
Island cotton semi-with reproductive lines v Sg (virescentlymarked semigamy line) to produce haploid high frequency. The use of v Sg as a female parent can effectively induce haploid generation. However, it is still difficult to identify the haploid plants quickly and accurately in the early stage of development of the hybrid progeny of v Sg and the target combinations. In this paper, we propose an early and rapid method for the identification of haplotypes induced by v Sg using the combination of the number of stomata and molecular markers per unit area of the leaf epidermis
