为探索新的油料资源,对野生植物种子的脂肪酸组成进行了研究。以正己烷/乙醚(V/V=4/3)作提取剂,0.4mol/L的氢氧化钾-甲醇溶液作甲酯化试剂,采用室温下快速酯交换法制备脂肪酸甲酯,气相色谱法测定了6种野生植物种子中的脂肪酸组成及含量。样品所含主要脂肪酸为棕榈酸、油酸、亚油酸。其中5种野生植物种子的亚油酸含量为60.45%~79.96%。与几种常见植物油的脂肪酸组成进行了对比,结果表明,被测样品的脂肪酸组成与常见植物油是类似的,但其亚油酸含量普遍高于植物油。同时还分析了几种水果子的脂肪酸含量。
To explore new oil resources, the fatty acid composition of wild plant seeds was studied. A n-hexane / diethyl ether (V / V = 4/3) extractant and a 0.4 mol / L potassium hydroxide-methanol solution were used as the methyl esterification reagent. The fatty acid methyl ester was prepared by rapid transesterification at room temperature. Method to determine the composition and content of fatty acids in six kinds of wild plant seeds. Samples contain the main fatty acids palmitic acid, oleic acid, linoleic acid. Among them, the linoleic acid contents of the seeds of five species of wild plants ranged from 60.45% to 79.96%. The fatty acid composition of several common vegetable oils were compared. The results showed that the fatty acid composition of the tested samples was similar to that of common vegetable oils, but the content of linoleic acid was generally higher than that of vegetable oils. At the same time also analyzed several kinds of fruit fatty acid content.
