今年以来,受国际金融危机等囚素影响,我国农产品价格下行压力较大.特别是随着夏秋季节来临,鲜活农产品即将进入集中大量上市期,局部地区仍然存在发生结构性、季节性滞销卖难的可能.怎样通过农产品流通领域改革,让更多的农民分享农产品顺畅销售带来的好处,是近年政府部门和社会各界给予诸多考量的战略性问题.
