机翼对接设计是飞机结构设计的一个重要环节,其设计的好坏关系到飞机的飞行性能和使用安全性能。基于国外先进民用客机外翼与中央翼的对接结构形式,设计了两种复合材料机翼下壁板的对接形式,并对其连接强度和失效模式进行了研究。利用商业有限元软件ABAQUS结合内聚力单元模型,模拟壁板蒙皮/缘条界面的失效,并获得不同对接形式构件的脱胶起始位置;通过引入Hashin失效准则的有限元模型研究拉伸载荷下对接构件的承载能力,并校核了螺栓强度;最后,比较分析了两种构件的最终失效模式,为复合材料关键连接区的细节设计提供一种有效的方法。
Wing docking design is an important part of the aircraft structure design, its design is good or bad related to the flight performance and safety performance of the aircraft. Based on the docking structure of the outer wing and the central wing of the advanced civil passenger aircraft in foreign countries, two kinds of butt joint forms of the lower wing panels of the composite material are designed, and the connection strength and failure mode of the two wings are studied.
