近十余年来原子吸收光谱技术已成为研究人体微量元素的重要方法.E.T.Backer曾采用火焰原子吸收法测定头发中的Fe、Cu、Zn,另外也有石墨炉原子吸收法测定头发中痕量金属元素的报导,国内亦有人进行过这方面的工作.我们比较研究了各种酸的湿法消化法,研究并建立了火焰原子吸收法直接测定人发中的钙镁,鉴于头发中铜和锌的含量较低,我们研究了双硫腙乙酸乙酯萃取原子吸收法测定人发中的铜和锌,提高了分析方法的灵敏度.本方法应用于成都地区儿童发样的测定.得到满意的结果.
