上海闸北发电厂在400吨/时超高压锅炉上采用了平流式燃烧器.为了探索平流式燃烧器的空气动力特性和流过稳焰器的一次风百分数,闸北发电厂制造了三只不同结构型式的稳焰器,装在华东电管局中心试验所的实验风洞上进行冷态试验。在试验过程中.利用三孔探针分别测量了流过稳焰器的一次风百分数和燃烧器出口不同距离处的空气动力场.由测得的试验数据分别整理了稳焰器的阻力系数,回流区直径,最大回流量和燃烧器出口不同距离处的气流流量的近似表达式.
Zhabei Power Plant in Shanghai 400t / h super-high pressure boiler with a stratospheric burner.In order to explore the stratospheric burner aerodynamic characteristics and the primary air flow through the burner percentage, Zhabei Power Plant manufactured three different structures Type of flamethrower, installed in East China Center of Experimental wind tunnel test cold test.
