针对高含水、富含胶质沥青质的孤东原油的破乳脱水,以分子量较高的直链有机多胺为起始剂合成双嵌段聚醚,再经扩链得到了新型破乳剂MA-1。在室内进行了对比评价试验,获得了最高的脱水率。在孤一联进行的现场试验中投药量减少46%,用药浓度降低50%,原料油含水下降74%,外输油含水下降50%。该剂已在孤东油田孤一联、孤二联投入使用。
Aiming at the demulsification and dehydration of Gudao crude oil with high water content and high content of colloidal asphaltene, diblock polyether was synthesized with higher molecular weight linear organic polyamines as initiator, and then a new demulsifier MA -1. In the indoor comparative evaluation test, obtained the highest dehydration rate. In the field trials alone or in conjunction to reduce the dose of 46%, 50% reduction in drug concentration, feedstock water decreased by 74%, foreign oil decreased by 50%. The agent has been alone in the Gudong Oilfield, a single couplet put into use.
