我厂利用旧自耦变压器的铁芯,改制成一台大电流点燃装置。这个装置采用电磁感应大电流发生器的原理,一次线圈通以工频220伏交流电,使二次线圈产生低电压、大电流。由于大电流的作用,使φ5毫米的圆铁棍烧红,达到点燃导火索的目的。本装置是利用3KVA自耦变压器铁芯改制,如果原自耦变压器的线圈完好,可以直接利用。二次绕组采用1.5×50毫米的铜带绕制。如果有条件一次绕组前可加一台调压器,以免因电源电压的变化而影响使用。装置如图所示。
