为了实现航空保障部门各种器件经济、高效的供应,本文以机载导航设备为研究对象,具体分析了机载导航设备的库存控制特点和库存影响因素,探讨了几种适用于供应链管理的库存控制方法。对机载导航设备综合成本进行了分析,建立了库存优化模型,得到了最小供应成本的库存方案。最后对库存模型进行了敏感度分析。仿真结果证明,该模型适用范围广,可有效提高航空器材管理经费的使用效益。
In order to realize the economical and efficient supply of all kinds of devices in the aviation security department, this paper takes the airborne navigation equipment as the research object, analyzes the inventory control characteristics and inventory influencing factors of the airborne navigation equipment in detail, and discusses several kinds of methods suitable for supply chain management Inventory control method. The comprehensive cost of airborne navigation equipment was analyzed, the inventory optimization model was established, and the inventory scheme with minimum supply cost was obtained. Finally, the sensitivity analysis of the inventory model. Simulation results show that the model is applicable to a wide range of applications, which can effectively improve the efficiency of the use of aviation equipment management funds.
