21世纪,由于建筑物现在正向着“高、大、上”发展,同时基础埋置也越来越深,加之近年来抗浮板开裂的事故逐年增多,抗浮问题越来越受到人们的重视。由于成本低、进度快,抗浮锚杆作为基础抗浮工艺也是目前市场的一种趋势,并且由于城市用地的过度紧张,地下空间开发力度不断在加大。本文根据工程案例,对建筑的对桩基(承台)+抗浮锚杆(抗拔桩)+防水底板与筏板+局部抗浮锚杆两种基础型式进行对比分析。
In the 21st century, as the buildings are now moving towards “high, big and big”, meanwhile the foundation is embedded more and more deeply. In addition, the anti-floating problem has been paid more and more attention in recent years due to the increasing anti-floating cracking accidents every year . Due to the low cost and fast progress, the anti-floating anchor as a basic anti-floating process is also a trend of the current market, and due to over-strained urban land, underground space development efforts are constantly increasing. In this paper, according to the project case, the contrastive analysis of two basic types of foundation (cap) + anti-floating anchor rod (anti-pull pile) + waterproof bottom plate and raft + local anti-floating anchor rod was carried out.
