目的:探讨与治疗浓度监测西药相互作用的中药物质及机制,为临床合理、安全用药提供资料信息。方法:通过对2000-2014年国内外各大索引收录的中药与西药相互影响的研究文献进行梳理,分析中药物质及机制,并挖掘相似性质的中药提示可能存在的相互作用。结果:目前中药对治疗浓度监测西药影响研究结果主要有:(1)结论相对明确;(2)结论不一致,需进一步研究;(3)未提示两者存在相互影响。研究方式主要以动物实验为主的药代动力学方面的研究。结论不一致考虑与中药产地不同,受试人群或测试方法等方面相关。结论:目前研究方式主要以动物实验为主的药代动力学研究,为更科学合理地中西药联用,可通过临床试验进一步阐明。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the substances and mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) interacting with the therapeutic concentration monitoring western medicine to provide information for clinical reasonable and safe medication. Methods: Based on the literatures about the interaction between traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine collected from major indexes at home and abroad from 2000 to 2014, this paper analyzed the materials and mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine and explored the possible interactions of traditional Chinese medicine. Results: At present, the main research results on the effects of traditional Chinese medicine in the monitoring of therapeutic drug concentration in Western medicine are: (1) the conclusion is relatively clear; (2) the conclusion is inconsistent and further research is needed; (3) the interaction between the two is not suggested. Research methods mainly animal experiments based pharmacokinetic research. Conclusions inconsistent with the origin of traditional Chinese medicine is different from the test population or test methods and so on. Conclusion: The present research mainly focuses on the pharmacokinetic studies of animal experiments, which can be further clarified through clinical trials for a more scientific and rational combination of Chinese and Western medicines.
