采用热水浸提法提取车前草水溶性多糖并对其进行纯化。通过单因素和正交试验得出,车前草多糖提取的最佳工艺条件为浸提时间2h,浸提温度80℃,料水比1:25;脱色的最佳工艺条件为温度60℃,脱色时间40min,活性炭用量1%;采用木瓜蛋白酶法、三氯乙酸法及Sevag法脱除车前草多糖浓缩液中的蛋白质,实验结果表明,木瓜蛋白酶法脱蛋白率最高为61.16%、多糖损失率最低为6.8%。
Hot water extraction was used to extract plantain polysaccharides and purify them. Through single factor and orthogonal experiment, the optimum extraction conditions were as follows: extracting time was 2h, extraction temperature was 80 ℃, the ratio of material to water was 1:25. The optimal conditions of decolorization were temperature 60 ℃, The decolorization time was 40min and the amount of activated carbon was 1%. The papain, trichloroacetic acid and Sevag methods were used to remove the protein from the plant polysaccharide concentrate. The results showed that the highest protease deproteinization rate was 61.16% The lowest rate is 6.8%.
