本文从结晶器与铸锭作相对移动的电渣重熔过程对渣系的要求出发,设计了CaF_2-CaO-MgO-Al_2O_3-SiO_2五元渣系并进行了粘度的测定,分析了CaF_2基渣不同组元对渣粘度的影响以及低氟渣在这种电渣过程中应用的可能性,归纳出在粘度方面合适的渣成分范围是: CaF_2 40~54 %,CaO 17~31%,Al_2O_3 10~20 %,SiO_2 6~14 %,MgO 5~10 %。
In this paper, based on the requirements of slag system for the relative electroslag remelting process between mold and ingot, CaF_2-CaO_2-CaO-MgO-Al_2O_3-SiO_2 ternary slag system was designed and its viscosity was measured. The effects of CaF_2-based slag The influence of different components on the viscosity of slag and the possibility of using the low-fluoride slag in this electroslag are summarized. The suitable composition of the slag in the viscosity range is 40-54% of CaF 2, 17-31% of CaO, 1% of Al 2 O 3 ~ 20%, SiO 2 ~ 14%, MgO 5-10%.
