进入21世纪,伴随着快速的经济发展而来的是就业难、上学难、就医难、三农和社会稳定等民生问题。这一现象掀起了电视民生新闻报道的热潮。2002年,江苏电视台城市频道推出的电视民生节目《南京零距离》名震全国。自此,电视民生节目如雨后春笋,在各大地方电视台涌现。其中比较著名的有安徽电视台《第一时间》、东方卫视《东方直播室》、广东南方电视台《今日一线》等。纵观电视民生节目的发展现状,在民生热潮的背后藏匿着盲目跟风、报道不实、内容低俗和题材重复等问题,使受众产生了审美疲劳。本文旨在从民生需求出发,分析电视媒体的社会责任,并以《今日一线》为例,探索电视民生新闻节目的提升空间。
In the 21st century, with the rapid economic development comes the problems of people’s livelihood such as employment difficulties, school difficulties, medical treatment difficulties, agriculture, rural areas and farmers and social stability. This phenomenon set off a television livelihood news reports boom. In 2002, the television livelihood program “Zero Distance in Nanjing” launched by Jiangsu TV Station City Channel hit the whole country. Since then, television livelihood programs springing up in major local television stations. One of the more famous Anhui TV station “the first time”, Oriental TV “Oriental Broadcasting Room”, Guangdong Southern Television “today first-line” and so on. Throughout the development of television livelihood programs, hidden behind the livelihood of the people’s livelihood blindly follow the trend, reported false, vulgar content and theme duplication and other issues, so that the audience has produced aesthetic fatigue. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the social responsibility of the TV media from the needs of people’s livelihood. Taking the “first-line today” as an example, this article explores the space for improvement of the livelihood TV news programs.
