The magneto-optical properties of Co34Cu66 granular films at different annealing temperatures were studied in detail. The results show that there is a θk peak at 3.8 eV within the energy range of the measurement without annealing. As the annealing temperature increases, θk increases to some extent. When the annealing temperature is higher than 200 ℃, an enhanced peak at θe of 2.1eV can be observed. Among them, the peak at 2.1 eV originated from the band transition of Cu, and the peak at 3.8 eV originated from Co. Measurement of in-plane and poloidal Kerr loops showed that Co-particles annealed to disk-like shape parallel to the membrane surface
