目的 :探讨RFA治疗对机体免疫功能的影响。方法 :采用开腹直视下行兔肝VX2 肿瘤RFA治疗 ,定期用MTT法检测兔外周血T淋巴细胞活性及分泌IL 2的能力和腹腔巨噬细胞的活性。结果 :RFA治疗组的荷瘤兔T淋巴细胞活性及分泌IL 2的能力和腹腔巨噬细胞的活性均较手术治疗组和自身治疗前有显著提高 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :RFA治疗可以提高机体的细胞免疫力 ,是一种有效的肿瘤治疗手段
Objective: To investigate the effect of RFA therapy on immune function. Methods: Rabbit liver VX2 tumor was treated with RFA on laparotomy. The activity of T lymphocytes and the secretion of IL 2 and the activity of peritoneal macrophages were detected by MTT method. Results: The activity of T lymphocytes and the ability of secreting IL 2 and the activity of peritoneal macrophages in tumor-bearing rabbits in RFA-treated group were significantly higher than those in the surgical treatment group and before treatment (P <0.05). Conclusion: RFA treatment can improve the body’s cellular immunity, which is an effective means of cancer treatment
