本文研究并实现了一种新型高效测调技术,利用通信技术和高效测调仪器在不改变原注水管柱结构的基础上实现注水井工艺管柱的验封以及各层水量的测试、调配过程的一趟化作业,同时应用井下无级可调水嘴达到了注水量的精确控制要求,实现注水井分层注水的精确化、高效化,较好地改变了传统的测调方式。
In this paper, a new type of high-efficiency measurement and control technology is researched and realized. The technology of communication and high-efficiency measuring and adjusting instrument are used to realize the inspection of the process string of the injection well and the testing of the water quantity of each layer without changing the structure of the original injection string. In the meantime, the application of downhole adjustable spout can achieve the precise control of water injection volume. The precision and efficiency of stratified water injection can be realized and the traditional measuring and adjusting method has been changed.
