The Nanmu Tombs of Yanqi in Yanqi, Xinjiang, are located on the northwestern-southeastern ridge of the mountain, about 200 meters south of the Seven Star Buddhist Temple ruins, where tombs are exposed and damaged due to earth excavation. After an emergency clean-up, some important information has still been obtained. From the characteristics of funerary objects, these tombs may be the era of the Tang Dynasty. From the point of view about 200 meters away from the Seven Star Buddhist Temple ruins, the tombs may be closely related to the Seven Star Buddhist monasteries. Although the tombs have been destroyed, the remaining signs still provide important reference value for studying the funeral customs and the temples of the Seven Star Buddhist Temples in Yanqi in the Tang Dynasty.
