目的研究菜头肾的化学成分。方法应用色谱技术对石油醚、乙醇提取物进行分离,根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定结构。结果从中分离鉴定了9种成分,分别为hop-22(29)-ene(Ⅰ)、lupeo1(Ⅱ)、lup-20(29)-en-11,3β-diol(Ⅲ)、lup-20(29)-en-3-one(Ⅳ)、betulinicacid(Ⅴ)、(24R)-stigmast-7,22(E)-dien-3α-ol(Ⅵ)、(24R)-5α-stigmast-3,6-dione(Ⅶ)、β-sitosterol(Ⅷ)、3α-hydroxyhop-22(29)-ene(Ⅸ)。结论这些化合物为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical composition of Bento kidney. Methods The petroleum ether and ethanol extracts were separated by chromatography, and their structures were elucidated on the basis of physico-chemical properties and spectral data. Results Nine compounds were identified and identified as hop-22 (29) -ene (Ⅰ), lupeo1 (Ⅱ), lup-20 (29) -en-11,3β-diol 29 -en-3-one (Ⅳ), betulinicacid (Ⅴ), (24R) -stigmast-7,22 (E) -dien- -dione (VII), β-sitosterol (VIII), 3α-hydroxyhop-22 (29) -ene (IX). Conclusion These compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
