自从春秋时期孙武著的《孙子兵法》问世以来,古今中外的哲学家、军事家、政治家、经济家对其论述颇多,运用成功的实例也不少。这部论著,堪称中华民族的瑰宝,人类的共同财富。现结合自己的阅读心得,从经营学角度作些引伸议论,以期与企业家们共勉。(一)计篇。今释为经营战略篇《孙子兵法》开宗明义写道:孙子曰:“兵者,国之大事,死生之地,存亡之道,不可不察也。”经营者也可理解为,对企业来说,经营战略是企业的头等大事,关系企业的盛衰荣辱,生死存亡,万不可掉以轻心。《孙子兵法》提出决定战争胜负的五件事:道、天、地、将、法。企业家们可理解为办好企业的五大要领: 道——企业必须上下齐心,步调一致,企

This book can be called the treasure of the Chinese nation and the common wealth of mankind. Combining his own reading experience, he made some extensions from the perspective of business management in order to work with entrepreneurs. (a) The program. This interpretation of the business strategy chapter “Sun Tzu’s Art of War” clearly stated: Sun Tzu said: “The military, the country’s major event, the place of life, the way of survival, can not but also inspection.” Operators can also be understood as, for enterprises, The business strategy is the top priority of the company, and it is related to the prosperity and decline of the company. It is a matter of life and death. It cannot be taken lightly. The “Art of War” proposed five things that determine the outcome of the war: Taoism, heaven, earth, will, and law. Entrepreneurs can be understood as the top five essentials for running a business: Roads - Businesses must work together at the same pace.
