以湖南邵阳柑橘园筛选得到的尖孢镰刀菌为果胶酶产酶菌,开展单因素和响应面优化试验,以发酵液中果胶酯酶(PE)、果胶裂解酶(PL)、聚半乳糖醛酸酶(PG)活力为评价指标,探讨碳源量、氮源种类、氮源组成和氮源量对3种果胶酶活性的影响,并对优化培养基所产酶用于去除脐橙白皮层的效果进行了评价。结果表明,最佳培养基氮源为硝酸铵/硫酸3.02,氮源添加量为8.52克/
